The hotel is located uphill, conveniently close to the train station and a market street. Our room was small but had an extra room for luggage. There is a nice café nearby called ZOO Coffee. The staff at the information desk and housekeeping were courteous, allowing us an early check-in. The TV in one of our rooms was faulty, but the front desk staff quickly transferred our friend to another room. The floors were heated and the rooms were cleaned and beds made daily. Great service from the front desk staff and the manager of the bar and grill and housekeeping. This is a comfortable and clean hotel, perfect for friends on vacation in Seoul.

Almost all staffs were super friendly and helpful including attend to detail without any attitude problem. All front desk staffs were speaking good English so no communication problem. We were made very welcome each time to step in to the hotel lobby. Only 200 metres away from underground station. Room was nicely cleaned. Excellent heating system, you will not feel a bit cold even at -7 degree Celsius.

The only beautiful lady waitress at breakfast restaurant was not cheerful in most time even when there were not many guest around. You may not want to deal with the slope (quite steep) from the underground station to the hotel although is just 200 metres away each other.

The room is small but very clean.The waiters are kindness,the frount personnels can speak Korean,English and Chinese.

We recently stayed at a hotel in this city and were pleasantly surprised by its Best aspects. The hotel's location is very near to the subway and within walking distance to both markets. We found it especially convenient to be close to the airport bus stop. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was very cordial and helpful, and they could speak reasonable English.

Staffs are superb helpful and able to speak various language.

The location is a bit out of expectation but we met helpful people to instruct us the way. The hill distance is hilarious, have to ensure that you have strong stamina and for ladies do not be home late!

the staffs are so nice and helpful! they provide medicine and rice porridge for my sick friend, each one of them is so care about my friend! they are so nice!!! I'm sure I will be stay in N four season when I come to seoul next time. the locatio is so close to Lotte Shopping certer and metro station.

Everthing is perfect but it's a little bit inconvenience for the hotel location in a litter hill. especially for the lady carring a lot of luggages. Hope hotel can find a way to firger out the shippment of the luggage. that would be fantastice~!

Great amenities and helpful staff made my business trip a breeze. the hotel gym was well-equipped, and the breakfast selection was delicious. the hotel's location was ideal; it was situated close to major transportation hubs and local attractions. Plus, the free shuttle service to the airport was a major bonus!

The room I stayed in needed some maintenance. the bathtub had a significant crack in it, and the water pressure was low.

The staff was very friendly and even cleaned snow off of my car the morning I left. The free breakfast was slightly above average for American style breakfast.

The beds may have been made of concrete. The fire exit sign was very bright and illuminated the entire room all night. A fire alarm or similar went off at three AM and stayed on for 30 minutes. The rooms were clean and well kept, but small and definitely not furnished like the pictures. I would not pay more than 90,000 Won to stay in the same room again.

Excellent WIFI service and breakfast. Clean environment. 5 mins walk to Metro Hoehyeon (Exit No.3).

Too warm the mattress, seems it heats. And, the room is a bit smaller.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely uphill location, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting guests with a smile and offering assistance. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

No significant negative aspects, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is very new, and the rooms are clean, lovely and of a clear and modern design. The staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English. Breakfast is good, too. The location is great, too, it is just a 3 minutes walk to Namdaemun market where the airport bus no. 6015 also stops (it departs at exit 11 of Seoul Incheon Airport). It is also only a 10 minutes walk to City Hall or Myeong-Dong, the main shopping district. So, it was very easy to get around in the city. Last but not least: The heating works very well which is important in winter because it can get very very cold in Seoul. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location is not that ideal as it is situated on a little hill. The path to the hotel from the main road is very narrow for 2 ways traffic.
